Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use CloutAudit and the limits of the public-account information presented through the service.
Effective date: September 21, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using CloutAudit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What CloutAudit provides
CloutAudit provides creator-facing snapshots of observable public social-account signals. Snapshots may organize information such as public profile details, public posting activity, and publicly observable engagement context into a readable view.
The service is informational only. It does not verify a person's identity or authenticity, detect bots or fraud, guarantee brand safety, or make a definitive determination about an audience's quality. You remain responsible for using your own judgment and appropriate human review before making sponsorship, hiring, campaign, or other business decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use CloutAudit to:
- Break applicable law or another party's rights.
- Misrepresent a snapshot as a guarantee, endorsement, or platform-authoritative finding.
- Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to probe, scrape, or reverse engineer it except where law permits and cannot be waived.
- Use the service to harass, discriminate against, or target another person.
4. Handles and connected accounts
You are responsible for the handles, account identifiers, and connected accounts you submit or authorize through CloutAudit. You represent that you have the necessary permission to submit or connect them. Do not submit account information for a purpose that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
5. Social-platform dependency and availability
CloutAudit depends in part on data and access made available by social platforms. Those platforms may change their products, permissions, data availability, or terms at any time. A snapshot may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or different from a platform's own presentation. We may change, pause, or discontinue portions of CloutAudit as the service evolves.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid features, if offered, are described at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable checkout provider to charge the stated recurring amount and taxes, if any, according to the terms shown during checkout. You may cancel a subscription using the account or billing controls made available to you. Cancellation affects future billing as described at the time of cancellation; these Terms do not create a refund promise.
7. Intellectual property
CloutAudit and its software, design, text, and branding are owned by CloutAudit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not grant you ownership of CloutAudit or its underlying technology.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CloutAudit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, current, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on a snapshot or for changes, omissions, or restrictions originating with a social platform or other third party.
To the extent permitted by law, CloutAudit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of CloutAudit after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
